I am a passionate speaker who is keen to share my experiences, knowledge and learnings on sustainable food systems with a diverse range of organisations. I moderate events, give presentations to conferences and offer a range of specific content level talks both within the UK and internationally. I adapt my presentations to meet the needs of the audience. I cover a wide variety of topics including the need for food systems transformation, sustainability challenges & opportunities, sustainability trends, innovation in the food system and examples of collaborative action across business, governments and civil society organisations. Specific issue areas include, but are not limited to, sustainable nutrition, sustainable diets, plant-based eating, food waste issues and regenerative agriculture. I am an experienced facilitator and moderator having been involved in a wide range of workshops and seminars.
