A passionate and powerful speaker and an experienced moderator, I share my experiences, knowledge, and learnings on sustainable and healthy food systems with a diverse range of organisations. 

I give talks and presentations at a range of food and agricultural events both within the UK and internationally. I cover a wide variety of topics including the need for food systems transformation, sustainability challenges & opportunities, sustainability trends, innovation in the food system and examples of collaborative action across business, governments, and civil society organisations. Specific issue areas include, but are not limited to, sustainable nutrition, sustainable diets, plant-based eating, food waste issues and regenerative agriculture.
